Over the past 6 years, they have built a loyal workforce with many employees being promoted- some 2-3 times over!

Due to planned expansion, and significant investment into the business, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to cover the New Build sector.

Who Are You?

  • You will be from a Specification or Technical Sales background, with a demonstrable knowledge of flat roofing insulation or waterproofing systems.
  • You are ambitious but looking for a company which can provide financial stability in these uncertain times.
  • If you have an existing customer base, that would be ideal. However, the company has a massive ‘spec bank’ for new business which is untapped at the moment.
  • Passionate about proving yourself, with a history of self-improvement and continual growth.
  • You friends and colleagues would probably use these adjectives to describe you: self-motivated; entrepreneurial; innovative; commercially aware; passionate.

What is the Business Development Manager  Role?

Quite simply: You will establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients within your region. Focus is on non-combustible flat roofing insulation solutions and additional innovative materials.
