LAMILUX UK HAS achieved level 3 gold status, the enhanced accreditation developed by Constructionline – a scheme benefiting buyers with pre-qualification by collecting, assessing and monitoring supplier details to ensure compliance.
Many buyers within leading construction companies stipulate a requirement for gold membership. After many years of being standard members of Constructionline, LAMILUX took the decision to progress its status to ‘Gold’.
LAMILUX has undergone the strict pre-qualification questionnaire, and surpassed the requirements of PAS91 to acquire the gold membership status, which the company believes will open new opportunities with new contractors.
According to the company, this bears testament that LAMILUX delivers coherent policies and procedures to attain government, legislative and industry standards alongside the excellent performing range of skylights and glass roofs.
High standards in governance
The successful achievement of the Gold Membership demonstrates compliance in Environmental Management, Quality Management systems, Equality and Diversity, including credentials for, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies.
As a previous standard Constructionline member, with Acclaim SSIP certification, LAMILUX already shows compliance of the health and safety standards meeting the criteria of Constructionline’s Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP) scheme.
Managing Director Daniel Boughton said: “We are very excited to reach gold accreditation which identifies our commitment and aptitude of environmental management, quality management and equal opportunities.”
